Return window: Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: Due to the nature of our products, opened, used, or tampered items are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-returnable items:
1. All Petroyale products (including supplements) once shipped
2. Health and personal care items
3. Orders cannot be canceled or returned once dispatched

To raise a request, please follow the steps below:

For damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Email details: Send an email to team@petroyalecare.com with:
1. Order number
2. Description of the issue
3. Clear photos & videos of the product

Our team will review the case and assist you with a replacement or refund, if applicable.

We only offer exchanges in cases of:
1. Incorrect product delivered
2. Damaged product received

Approved exchanges will be processed and delivered within 5–6 working days.

1. Once your request is approved and processed:
2. Refunds will be credited within 5–7 working days
   
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
   
4. Shipping charges are non-refundable
   
5. Refunds are only applicable for approved cases (damaged/incorrect items)

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all claims
• Do not send products back to the manufacturer
• Ensure proper communication before initiating any return
  Partial refunds (if applicable):
• Products showing signs of use
• Items not in original condition (not due to our error)
• Requests made after 30 days
